Should we vacation in San Francisco or Huntsville?

We are officially on holidays from Grebs on August 16 and we’ve got a week to do something! Right now our top 2 choices are going to San Francisco or heading just a few hours up north to Huntsville. SF would be so fun, but way (WAY!!) more expensive, and would not really be a relaxing type holiday. Going to Huntsville means I get to see some old friends, we can lie around on the dock/beach or read a book in a Muskoka chair, and we can go to our favourite restaurants and little shops. So relaxing. Also, I don’t have a valid passport at the mo’. But San Francisco!
